Title: Product Owner / AI Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Owner / AI Product Manager to work directly with business stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze workflows, and define requirements for AI-enabled solutions. This role owns product requirements, prioritization, scope, and business outcomes while collaborating with technical teams responsible for solution development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand workflows, SOPs, operational challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own product backlog prioritization, scope decisions, and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and process optimization.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows and communicate solution intent to technical teams.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate delivered features, and gather stakeholder feedback.

Required Skills

• 2–3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, product backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of AI, generative AI, LLMs, and AI-enabled business applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining or managing AI-enabled products and automation initiatives.
