Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Product Owner - Agentic AI to own the product vision, roadmap, backlog and measurable business outcomes for enterprise Agentic AI capabilities.

You will translate business, identity, security and control requirements into prioritized features for secure and scalable AI agent adoption, working closely with IAM, cybersecurity, architecture, governance, risk and platform teams.

Qualifications

• Enterprise Generative AI or Agentic AI experience.
• AI governance or responsible AI initiatives.
• Microsoft Entra ID and policy-based authorization knowledge.
• Cybersecurity or regulated-industry technology environments.
• Experience taking MVPs to enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define the Agentic AI product vision, roadmap, MVP scope and success measures.
• Own epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog prioritization in Jira.
• Drive requirements for agent patterns, multi-agent interactions and lifecycle management.
• Define lifecycle requirements from discovery to retirement and deletion.
• Partner with IAM and cybersecurity on workload and agent identities and zero trust.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture on APIs, integrations and telemetry.
• Coordinate dependencies across AI Engineering, IAM, Cybersecurity, Governance and platform teams.
• Communicate business value, milestones, risks and dependencies to senior leadership.

Job description

The Product Owner - Agentic AI will own the product vision, roadmap, backlog and measurable business outcomes for enterprise Agentic AI capabilities. The role will translate business, identity, security and control requirements into prioritized features for secure and scalable AI agent adoption, working closely with AI engineering, IAM, cybersecurity, architecture, governance, risk and platform teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define the Agentic AI product vision, roadmap, MVP scope, priorities, success measures and business outcomes.
• Own epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done and backlog prioritization in Jira; support PI and sprint planning.
• Drive requirements for autonomous and On-Behalf-Of agent patterns, multi-agent interactions, orchestration and the full agent lifecycle.
• Define lifecycle requirements covering discovery, registration, onboarding, activation, monitoring, dormancy, disablement, retirement and deletion.
• Partner with IAM and cybersecurity teams on workload and agent identities, authentication, authorization, Zero Trust, Microsoft Entra ID and policy-based access controls.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams across APIs, integrations, identity flows, telemetry and enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate dependencies across AI Engineering, IAM, Cybersecurity, AI Governance, Risk, Architecture and platform teams.
• Communicate business value, decisions, milestones, risks and dependencies clearly to senior leadership.

Preferred Experience :

• Enterprise Generative AI or Agentic AI initiatives and AI agent orchestration platforms.
• AI governance or responsible AI initiatives.
• Microsoft Entra ID, enterprise IAM, Zero Trust and policy-based authorization.
• Cybersecurity or regulated-industry technology environments.
• Taking emerging technology products from MVP through enterprise adoption.
