Job summary

Mindex seeks a Product Owner for Advanced Analytics to align with agile engineering teams and drive data-driven product decisions for K-12 education technology. You will shape a data lakehouse, dashboards, and self-service analytics that districts can leverage to improve operations.

You will partner with UX, Engineering, and Product Owners to deliver epics, validate outcomes, and champion customer value while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high data quality and security

Qualifications

• BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technical fields preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner owning a data platform strategy and analytics features.
• 4+ years of PK-12 data domain familiarity, Ed-Fi knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate company vision into actionable product plans with the Product Director.
• Identify and prioritize customer needs, document as epics with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure solutions deliver meaningful impact and coordinate with docs, training, support, and marketing.
