We are looking for a visionary who prioritizes near‑term wins while going deep to build the case and dependency map for the full vision. You’ll balance agent research and quote analytics against business objectives, make the trade‑offs visible to leadership and keep moving on near‑term wins along the way.

This is a grade range posting: Grade 17/18 (PO‑II/PO‑III). Your background and qualifications will be evaluated against the skills and experience required for the position.
