Job summary

Mastercam seeks a Product Owner to partner with the Product Manager and manage the backlog for EverPath Technology, Probing, and Multiaxis Milling. You will translate product strategy into epics, user stories and defects, guiding agile teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with customer needs and business goals.

You will lead with vision, ensure transparency of progress, and validate new features with stakeholders.

Salary Range: $108,720.00 To $135,900.00 Annually

Your Role at a Glance

As Product Owner, you will partner closely with the Product Manager to manage and prioritize the product backlog for key solution areas, including EverPath Technology, Probing, and Multiaxis Milling. You will translate product strategy and roadmap objectives into well-defined epics, user stories, and defects, providing clear direction to Agile development teams. In this role, you will guide the delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring development efforts remain aligned with product priorities, customer needs, and business goals while supporting the successful execution of the product roadmap.

Requirements and User Stories

• Work with Product Managers and other stakeholders to identify business needs and define requirements for the product features through the development of user stories.
• Effectively present product ideas, strategies, and designs to internal and external stakeholders.

Agile Development

• Work with nominated scrum team to develop and deliver new features using best practice agile development methodologies.
• Create and maintain prioritized and detailed work item backlogs which accurately reflect customer and business priorities.
• Pro-actively work with QC and Tech Service in the support of the Mastercam community and management of requests for software changes through Digital.AI Agility.

Project Visibility and Validation

• Provide proactive, clear visibility of progress towards completion of assigned projects.
