Job summary

Endava is seeking an Agile Product Manager to serve as the voice of the customer and drive features from concept to validation. You will own the scope and roadmap for the Agile Release Train, coordinating with multiple teams to anticipate risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 3 days a week from Plano, Texas
• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Experience within the healthcare industry is required. PBM experience is preferred.
• Strong background in Agile Product Management, including backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and iterative product delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into actionable product and technical requirements.
• Experience defining and documenting system features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Strong experience validating product functionality through testing, user feedback, and continuous improvement practices.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and product risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Recognized for providing thought leadership by driving innovation, influencing product strategy, and promoting Agile best practices.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understand system architecture, and make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance business priorities and technical feasibility.

Job Description
