What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business initiatives and guide decision-making in Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation
• Oversee the development of analytics products (dashboards/assets) and ensure alignment within the team
• Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog, staying ahead of the Scrum team\'s needs
• Validate product quality through technical and business testing before delivery to internal customers
• Communicate frequently with stakeholders to review priorities and upcoming work

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in an Agile Product Owner role
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.) and Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
