Job summary

Swoon is seeking an Agile Product Owner / Agile Coordinator to help drive software development initiatives by managing work intake, maintaining Azure DevOps backlogs, and supporting agile planning. This role emphasizes cross-functional coordination and delivering visible progress to leadership.

You will create dashboards with Power BI and Excel, track metrics, and communicate status to stakeholders to keep programs on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting Agile software development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (AzDO).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage feature request intake and ensure work is properly tracked in Azure DevOps (AzDO).
• Maintain backlogs, user stories, and work items while partnering with Product Managers, Architects, and engineering teams.
• Support Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, and PI Planning activities.
• Create and maintain metrics, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI, Excel, and Azure DevOps.
• Track project progress, communicate updates, and follow up with stakeholders to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on program health and delivery.
