Job summary

Steampunk, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to drive the development of well-architected solutions in a government consulting environment.

You will collaborate with Technical and Solutions Architects, Developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. You will lead product and training rollouts, develop tools to streamline processes, and monitor progress against the product roadmap to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience collaborating with business and product owners to translate needs into actionable plans.
• Strong ability to document requirements in the form of roadmaps, release plans, epics, features, and user stories.
• Proficiency in Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools; Jira preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and lead enterprise software deployments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $150,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
