Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with client stakeholders to build trust and define their product roadmap
• Review technology ecosystems to identify system dependencies and make recommendations

• Analyze performance data and user feedback to recommend future optimizations
• Define measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria for incremental features and projects

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, delivery consultant, or similar role
• Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Experience in Commerce, DXP, CDP, or automation tools
• Strong project management and technology skills, including proficiency in Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting or agency experience is preferred
• Comfortable presenting information to both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving solutions collaboratively
• Ability to work in a team environment across different time zones
