Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning objectives with technology solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders.
• Own and manage the product backlog with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business users, development teams, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure product features meet banking regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver digital and technology solutions.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to improve value.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams on priorities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning business objectives with technology solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Own and manage the product backlog, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with business users, development teams, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure product features meet business, regulatory, security, and compliance requirements within the banking domain.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital and technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT industry experience with at least 3-5 years as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, digital products, APIs, and enterprise applications.

Base Salary Range:

$93,000 - $130,000
