Job summary

Voto Consulting LLC in Jersey City is seeking a Sr. Product Owner to lead delivery across complex financial services programs. You will own the product backlog, shape roadmaps, and partner with Engineering, UX, and Clients to drive value in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product ownership or related roles within capital markets, strong communication, and a track record of delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives. Crypto/tokenization exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product ownership, product management, or complex technical delivery.
• Proven track record of prioritizing backlog and delivering across large programs.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication; able to build consensus across teams.
• Industry familiarity with financial market infrastructure, wholesale banking, or post-trade.

Key Qualifications

• Experience Level: 10+ years of professional experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or complex technical delivery within Financial Services or Capital Markets.
• Product Ownership vs. Project Management: Proven track record of managing product trade-offs, prioritizing backlog items, and driving execution in large-scale multi-stakeholder programs (rather than managing pure project timelines/PMO tasks).
• Communication & Navigation: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to build consensus across fragmented, inter-company teams (Engineering, Tech, Product, and Client-Facing teams).
• Industry Domain: Familiarity with financial market infrastructure, wholesale banking, capital markets, or post-trade processing.
• Digital Assets / Tokenization (Plus): Prior experience or exposure to Digital Assets, Blockchain, or Tokenization is a plus, but not mandatory for candidates with strong core product execution discipline.
