Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Product Owner to serve as the strategic technology partner for assigned business functions, shaping and delivering initiatives that drive growth and transformation. You will build trusted relationships with business leaders, own the portfolio of initiatives, and guide roadmaps from concept through deployment.

The role focuses on strategic partnerships, roadmap management, and delivery excellence across multiple business units, with change management to maximize adoption

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience driving business transformation, product management, portfolio management, project management, consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and adoption.
  • Experience developing strategic roadmaps and investment recommendations. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and business leaders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, processes, objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and roadmap discussions.
  • Own the portfolio of strategic initiatives within assigned business domains.
  • Facilitate intake, discovery, evaluation of new opportunities, and change management.
  • Assess initiatives based on strategic alignment, value, complexity, risk, and organizational readiness.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery schedules for assigned initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year business capability roadmaps.
  • Define future-state business capabilities and supporting technology requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of technology initiatives from concept through deployment and business adoption.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and 3rd parties throughout initiative to continuously align and expedite execution.
  • Design and implement change management campaigns to maximize the adoption of technology.

About the Role

The Product Owner serves as the strategic technology partner for assigned business functions and is responsible for identifying, shaping, prioritizing, and delivering initiatives that enable business growth, transformation, and competitive advantage. This role develops trusted relationships with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, drive technology initiatives and associated change management, and create technology roadmaps that advance organizational goals. The Product Owner owns the portfolio of transformation initiatives within their business domain and works closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure investments are focused on the highest-value opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Business Partnership
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and business leaders.
