The ideal candidate brings strong financial domain expertise, with a preference for experience in construction finance. They understand how financial data flows through project‑based environments and can translate complex finance requirements—such as budgeting, cost control, progress billing, and WIP reporting—into clear product direction and actionable user stories. This role requires close collaboration with accounting, project management, and operations teams to ensure product solutions support accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes.

  • Define & Manage Feature Backlog: Maintain a well‑organized, prioritized backlog of features and improvements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
  • Agile Development: Work closely with development/engineering, UX/UI designers, and Product Delivery team members to ensure high‑quality product releases.
  • Sprint Planning & Execution: Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure Quality: Establish robust testing, validation, and compliance processes to guarantee high reliability, security, and adherence to industry regulations.

  • Feedback Loops: Establish robust feedback loops with customers using surveys, interviews, and analytics.
  • Maximum Value Delivery: Ensure product offerings deliver significant value to partners and customers, continuously measuring impact on user satisfaction and business outcomes.
Performance Analysis
  • KPI Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance, including usage metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and financial results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and execute plans to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Strategic Development: Develop strategies for future product enhancements and innovations informed by data analysis, market trends, and customer feedback.
Minimum Requirements
