Job description

We're a stealth health tech company building at the intersection of AI and behavioral health. We're already live with design partners, so you'll work with real operations rather than hypotheticals. You'll work directly with operational and engineering leadership and help shape the product at an early stage.

You’ll be the person who makes our product work for the teams who use it. This isn’t an engineering or QA role. This role is heavily product focused. You should be comfortable with data, curious about how systems work, and already using AI tools like Claude to prototype and test ideas.

  • Work with a proven team. You’ll work directly with the founders who are Columbia University and UCLA alumni with experience across technology, venture capital, and healthcare. Advisors include multiple VC and PE backed founders, seasoned healthcare executives, and industry leaders.
  • Strategic backing. We've closed a significant pre-seed round, and more than 15 of our investors are healthcare operators: the same people we're building for.
What you'll do
  • Run workflows end-to-end on the platform to see where the product helps, where it gets in the way, and where it breaks.
  • Map exceptions and edge cases, and spot what can be simplified or automated.
  • Do product discovery: talk to users, figure out which features need refinement, and help shape what we build next.
  • Turn what you learn into requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios that engineering can build from.
  • Use Claude and other AI tools to prototype ideas and test fixes, then help teams adopt the improvements and measure whether they actually save time.
What we're looking for
  • 1-4 years of experience in operations, product, implementation, engineering, or a related role.
  • A versatile athlete who learns complex workflows quickly and explains them clearly.
  • Technical fluency. You're comfortable with data, can follow how a system is structured, and already use AI tools to optimize workflows and work faster.
  • Comfort working with both operational and technical teams.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Care and discretion in handling sensitive health information.
Nice to have
  • Experience in behavioral health or healthcare operations (highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with SQL or reading code.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
