We're a stealth health tech company building at the intersection of AI and behavioral health. We're already live with design partners, so you'll work with real operations rather than hypotheticals. You'll work directly with operational and engineering leadership and help shape the product at an early stage.
We’re looking for a product manager to decide what we build next. This is a hands on role. You’ll learn the work firsthand, run real workflows end to end on our platform, and find where the product falls short. Then you’ll turn what you learn into clear specs and work daily with engineering to ship it. AI is part of nearly every workflow we build, so you’ll also decide where it should act on its own and where a person stays in charge.
- Work with a proven team. You’ll work directly with the founders who are Columbia University and UCLA alumni with experience across technology, venture capital, and healthcare. Advisors include multiple VC and PE backed founders, seasoned healthcare executives, and industry leaders.
- Strategic backing. We've closed a significant pre-seed round, and more than 15 of our investors are healthcare operators: the same people we're building for.
What you’ll do
- Spend time with design partners: watch the work, learn the exceptions, and find where software saves the most time.
- Run workflows end to end on the platform to see where the product helps, where it gets in the way, and where it breaks.
- Map exceptions and edge cases, and spot what can be simplified or automated.
- Write specs with acceptance criteria and test cases that engineers can build from directly, then test what ships against them.
- Prioritize, and say no as clearly as yes.
- Prototype ideas and test fixes with Claude and other tools before engineering commits.
- Decide where AI acts, where it suggests, and what safeguards it needs.
- Plan launches, help customers adopt new features, and measure whether they save time and improve quality.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of product management, ideally on B2B or workflow software.
- A record of shipping complex workflow products that people use every day.
- Strong customer discovery: you learn the work by watching it, not only by asking about it.
- A hands on approach: you’d rather run the workflow yourself than read about it, and you test features before calling them done.
- Excellent written communication: specs, decisions, and trade‑offs.
- Technical fluency: comfortable with data and APIs, can read SQL, and already use AI tools to build things.
- Comfort with the ambiguity of an early‑stage company.
- Care and discretion in handling sensitive health information.
Nice to have
- Healthcare operations experience
- Product experience with AI or LLM features.
