Job summary

Ford Model e U.S. is seeking a Fleet Success Team member with 4–5+ years in fleet management and U.S. title/registration expertise.

You will support commercial fleet customers, collaborate with dealers, and translate business needs to product teams. Strong communication and self-starting mindset are essential. You will leverage Excel and CRM tools to drive customer success, advocate for solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years experience in a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and collaborate with the sales team.
• Ability to identify business needs and communicate them to product development teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving responsibilities.
• Self-starter who can develop solutions for undefined areas.
• Ability to advocate persuasively for solutions that serve both customer and business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The Ford Pro Fleet Success Team will provide sales and service support for commercial fleet customers contracting for our commercial services, support will be provided for commercial customers purchasing commercial fleet software & services.

You’ll have

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• 4–5+ years of experience working for a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and collaborate effectively with sales team members.
• Ability to identify business needs and clearly communicate them to product development teams.
• Comfortable working without predefined responsibilities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Self-starter who can think creatively and develop solutions in evolving or undefined areas.
• Ability to advocate persuasively for solutions that serve both the customer and the business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

This position is open to salary grades 7-8. Salary grade 7 ranges from $86,600-$144,900. Salary grade 8 ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
