Job summary

Unifonic, Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Lead to translate product strategy into scalable operational practices that drive alignment, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

You will establish governance frameworks and cross-functional processes enabling Product, Engineering, Commercial and Marketing teams to work toward shared goals. You will partner with Product Leadership to drive product enablement initiatives, develop performance metrics, and identify opportunities to streamline

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Enablement, or related roles.
  • Experience scaling operational processes within Product or SaaS organizations.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive Unifonic’s solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. As a Product Operations Lead, you will partner closely with Product Leadership to translate product strategy into scalable operational practices that drive alignment, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. You will establish and continuously improve product operating models, governance frameworks, and cross‑functional processes that enable Product, Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, and Customer‑facing teams to work effectively toward shared goals. Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the organization, you will drive collaboration, facilitate informed decision‑making through data and insights, and ensure clear communication of product priorities, roadmaps, and outcomes. You will lead product enablement initiatives, support successful product launches and adoption, develop performance metrics and reporting frameworks, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows through process optimization and automation. By championing operational excellence, customer‑centricity, and continuous improvement, you will help create an environment where product teams can scale efficiently, deliver value consistently, and maximize the impact of the product portfolio.

  • Leading and continuously improving product operations frameworks, governance, and ways of working across Product teams.
  • Owning and optimizing product planning processes, roadmap reviews, prioritization workflows, and operational cadences.
  • Establishing scalable operational practices that improve alignment, transparency, delivery predictability, and execution quality.
  • Driving standardization of product reporting, KPIs, operational dashboards, and decision‑support insights.
  • Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to increase team effectiveness and focus.
  • Promoting adoption of AI tools, automation, and operational best practices to improve workflows, reporting, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, Support, Presales, and Marketing teams to ensure strong operational alignment.
  • Acting as a central point of coordination between business and product organizations.
  • Facilitating communication of product priorities, roadmap updates, launches, and operational initiatives across stakeholders.
  • Supporting leadership teams with operational insights, strategic reporting, and executive‑ready communications.
  • Leading Product Enablement initiatives that help internal teams effectively position, support, and adopt product capabilities.
  • Supporting product launches, feature rollouts, demos, and internal readiness activities.
  • Translating complex product functionality into clear messaging, use cases, enablement materials, and customer value narratives.
  • Partnering with Commercial and Marketing teams to improve product awareness, adoption, and customer engagement.
  • Helping identify and remove adoption barriers impacting internal teams or customers.
  • Synthesizing customer feedback, product analytics, sales insights, and market trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Identifying product usage patterns, operational gaps, and growth opportunities that can influence product strategy and commercial outcomes.
  • Supporting Product leadership in defining and tracking success metrics tied to product and operational performance.
  • Contributing to strategic initiatives focused on scaling Product Operations maturity and organizational effectiveness.
What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Product Enablement, Product Marketing, Presales, Solution Consulting, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading or scaling operational processes within Product or SaaS organizations.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, product delivery processes, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in SaaS or CPaaS environments is a strong advantage.
