Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Engineer for its Counter‑Intrusion team. You will design and maintain uptime dashboards, own deployment lifecycles, and build monitoring solutions for new towers while refining existing observability.
The role emphasizes tooling, automation, and clear documentation to support scalable operations. You will work with cross‑functional teams to reduce alert noise, analyze fleet telemetry, and drive data‑driven improvements in deployment and incident
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U\.S\. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Counter‑Intrusion Business Line works on products that enable operators to protect their people and assets from threats on land and sea. We are deployed in every major global operating theater and support a diversity of mission sets across both U\.S\. Government and allied partners.
As a Product Operations Engineer on the Counter‑Intrusion product operations team, you will be the architect behind how we observe, maintain, and evolve our deployed fleet. Where others respond to incidents, you build the systems, queries, and processes that prevent them. You will design and develop uptime reporting, plan and execute software deployments to towers, create and refine monitoring solutions for both new and legacy products, and author the runbooks and SOPs that the broader team relies on daily.
You will own the operational tooling, reporting infrastructure, and deployment processes that keep our Counter‑Intrusion technology healthy at scale. You should bring strong technical depth in observability and systems thinking, paired with the judgment to prioritize what to build next based on fleet data and operational patterns. If you are passionate about ground‑breaking technology, contributing to the national security mission, and engineering operational excellence from the ground up, Anduril is interested in speaking with you.
