HAVI seeks a Product Operations Analyst in Chicago to execute and continuously improve the product issue operating model, managing intake, triage, tracking, analysis, and cross-functional coordination of post-launch product issues. The Product Operations Analyst supports the execution and continuous improvement of the product issue operating model by managing intake, triage processes, tracking, analysis, and operational coordination of post-launch product issues. This role helps ensure operational discipline, data accuracy, visibility into product performance, and effective cross-functional collaboration.In addition to operational support responsibilities, the Analyst partners closely with Product Management and Product Development teams to support product enhancement initiatives, operational innovation, and new product development activities. This may include supporting product processes, workflow optimization, automation initiatives, analytical research, and emerging technology enablement opportunities.This role is intended for a highly capable analyst who can operate independently within defined processes while contributing insights, problem-solving capabilities, and operational improvements across the product organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manages priorities across multiple workflows and stakeholders
• Contributes to process improvements and operational innovation
• Take ownership of assigned operational areas, ensuring accountability for issue tracking, reporting, and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

1. Execute Issue Intake & Operational Coordination

• Independently manage intake, tracking, and documentation of product issues within established operating processes
• Ensure issues are categorized, prioritized, and routed appropriately across teams
• Support timely documentation of severity, ownership, customer impact, and resolution status
• Monitor operational workflows to ensure process consistency and responsiveness

2. Maintain Visibility, Reporting & Operational Insights

• Maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into issue status and product health
• Monitor SLAs, identify operational risks, and elevate ownership or timeline concerns as needed
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting related to issue trends, incident volumes, operational performance, and product quality metrics
• Proactively identify recurring patterns, systemic gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement
• Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities during product incidents and escalations
• Track dependencies, action items, communications, and follow-through across stakeholders
• Support post-incident reviews by preparing documentation, capturing root causes, and tracking improvement actions
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve operational effectiveness, product quality, and team efficiency
• Partner with Product Management and Product Development teams to support product enhancement and new product initiatives
• Assist with operational analysis, process documentation, workflow design, and solution validation activities
• Support evaluation and implementation of process optimization, automation, and emerging technology initiatives where appropriate
• Conduct research, gather insights, and help translate business needs into operational or product improvement opportunities
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives supporting scalability, efficiency, and product innovation
• 3–6 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, product support, supply chain operations, or related environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with operational data, dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical platforms (Excel, SQL, BI tools, etc.)
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in cross-functional environments
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute operational recommendations
• Exposure to product development processes, workflow automation, or technology enablement initiatives is a plus
• Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, process optimization, and operational innovation preferred

*Starting Salary is $85,000-$98,000 with a 5% targeted bonus
