Job description

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Product & Multimedia Designer to serve as a critical bridge between our Product Design and Marketing teams. You will ensure a cohesive user experience across the RxTro platform while producing high-quality graphic and motion content that supports our commercial growth and education efforts. This role requires a strong generalist who can translate product features into compelling visual narratives.


Key Responsibilities

Product Design & UX Support

  • UI/UX Execution: Work within the Product Design team to refine and implement user interface designs for new features and platform improvements.
  • Design System Integrity: Ensure all new UI components are consistent with the established design system, maintaining a high standard of platform usability and visual clarity.
  • Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for design testing and stakeholder review.

Multimedia Content Production (Marketing Support)

  • Short-Form Video Production: Take ownership of the creation and editing of short-form video content (e.g., product demos, feature highlights, social media clips) to support Marketings content and growth campaigns.
  • Graphic Design: Design high-quality visual assets for various marketing channels, including digital ads, social media collateral, website banners, and educational materials.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual and video content is consistent with the RxTro brand guidelines, tone, and strategic messaging for both the Life Sciences and Healthcare Professional segments.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary design liaison between the Product, Development, and Marketing teams, ensuring marketing needs are addressed efficiently and that all content accurately reflects product functionality.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from both marketing performance data and user testing to continually iterate on and improve content effectiveness.
