Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take projects end-to-end.
• Ability to commit to ~65–70 hours/week (including 50 hours onsite).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable UIs, APIs, and backend systems.
• Support new team members during onboarding.
• Debug complex issues across the stack.
