AAON, Inc. seeks a professional to execute product planning and support for various AAON products, involving multitasking under guidance. Responsibilities include defining product specifications, conducting competition analysis, and providing engineering support. Candidates should hold an ABET accredited degree and have 1–2 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
The position requires excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for executing product planning and support for a set of AAON products. Additionally will be involved with implementing new products or product changes and coordinating with other departments in AAON. This will require handling multiple tasks simultaneously under the guidance of more experienced engineers and/or Management and running short-term projects independently.

Certification(s): None
Four‑year ABET accredited degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree in Applied Sciences.
1–2 years in the HVAC industry or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
Lift up to 50lbs.
Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
