onsemi is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for its Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) and Ideal Diode portfolio. Lead product strategy, market requirements, and lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life.

You will collaborate with Design, Applications, Product Engineering, Sales, and Operations to win designs and accelerate revenue growth, leveraging TREO technology for automotive, industrial, AI infrastructure, consumer, and edge applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years in semiconductor product marketing/management/applications/design eng or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of analog and power management semiconductors.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic and technically proficient Product Marketing Manager to lead the growth and profitability of our Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) and Ideal Diode portfolio. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, developing market requirements and product business plan, driving new product introductions, and managing the product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.

The successful candidate will combine deep market insight, strong business acumen, and technical understanding of power management solutions to create differentiated products targeting automotive, industrial, AI infrastructure, consumer, and intelligent edge applications.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Design Engineering, Applications Engineering, Product Engineering, Sales and Operations teams to define differentiated products, secure customer design wins, and accelerate revenue growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of power management solutions built on advanced TREO technology.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the LDO product portfolio roadmap and long-term growth strategy.
  • Identify market trends, emerging applications, and competitive threats.
  • Define new product opportunities, product requirements documents, and business plans.
  • Drive portfolio modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy products to advanced technology platforms.
  • Engage directly with customers, sales teams, and field application engineers to gather market requirements and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive design-in and design-win activities at key automotive, industrial, and datacenter customers
  • Develop a detailed understanding of customer systems, power architectures, and application requirements.
  • Support RFIs, RFQs, pricing strategies, and customer presentations.
  • Serve as the marketing owner for new product developments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate market requirements into competitive product specifications.
  • Participate in project reviews, gate approvals, and cross-functional decision making.
  • Ensure products achieve target performance, cost, and business objectives.

Product Development Leadership
  • Serve as the marketing owner for new product developments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate market requirements into competitive product specifications.
  • Participate in project reviews, gate approvals, and cross-functional decision making.
  • Ensure products achieve target performance, cost, and business objectives.
Business Management
  • Build and maintain revenue forecasts, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, and business plans.
  • Monitor product performance, market share, pricing, and profitability.
  • Present business updates, strategy, and portfolio recommendations to executive leadership.
Go-to-Market Execution
  • Partner with Strategic Marketing to develop value propositions, messaging, collateral, and launch activities.
  • Train sales teams and distributors on product positioning and competitive differentiation.
  • Support industry conferences, customer visits, webinars, and technical seminars.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Applications Engineering, Design Engineering, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of analog and power management semiconductors.
  • Knowledge of power architectures involving LDOs, DC-DC converters, PMICs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing business cases and market assessments.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
