We’re rapidly scaling and looking for a Product Marketing Manager who’s product-obsessed, design-savvy, and excited to lead our product-led growth motion across sales, content, and customer engagement.

About the Role

As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the glue between product, sales, and marketing — owning how our story gets told and how our platform is positioned in the market. You’ll translate product features into customer benefits, create engaging sales and marketing materials, and drive go-to-market efforts that make our value crystal clear.

What You’ll Do
  • Own product messaging: Craft compelling narratives around product features, use cases, and releases that resonate with operators, asset managers, and property managers.
  • Bridge teams: Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product/engineering to align messaging with user needs and product capabilities.
  • Create beautiful content: Design and deliver pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, and LinkedIn content with a strong visual eye (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma – up to you).
  • Lead GTM for new features: Plan and execute product launches, video walkthroughs, release notes, and educational content to engage both prospects and customers.
  • Support sales enablement: Build content that makes our sales team more effective — from battlecards to demo scripts to comparison docs.
  • Champion our product: Know the platform inside and out — become the internal expert that pushes clarity, consistency, and excitement in everything we share.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience (SaaS or PropTech preferred).
  • A strong understanding of multifamily or commercial real estate tech is a major plus.
  • Obsession with user experience and product storytelling.
  • Proven design chops — you're hands-on with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong written and visual communication skills — you can take a feature and turn it into a story.
  • Self-starter mentality, comfortable in fast-paced environments and cross-functional collaboration.
Bonus Points If You…
  • Have worked with or sold to real estate operators, property management companies, or CRE tech teams.
  • Know how to build short-form video content or animations.
  • Have supported or led product-led growth initiatives in past roles.
