Job Summary

The Product Marketing Manager will shape and execute the marketing strategy for the Nextech portfolio. Responsibilities include crafting messaging and positioning, developing marketing programs to drive demand, and translating technical capabilities into benefits. You will be the expert on client needs and partner with cross-functional teams to build a shared vision.

Essential Functions

  1. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiate Nextech’s products in the market, including educating the commercial team and the market.
  2. Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and manage their implementation to drive business impact.
  3. Become the product expert for your segment, understanding the value and benefits of each product and how they work together; simplify product capabilities into compelling messages and tools.
  4. Collaborate with Product Management and other teams to create marketing collateral, website content, campaigns, and more.
  5. Monitor competitive intelligence and market trends; conduct analysis on client personas and buying criteria.
  6. Contribute to marketing programs that drive demand.
  7. Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather testimonials, case studies, and webinar content.
  8. Follow and analyze market trends for optimal product positioning.
  9. Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  1. At least 3 years of enterprise software product marketing experience.
  2. Experience working with a SaaS company.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
  4. Strong written and presentation skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and management skills to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and third parties.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Technical background with familiarity in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  2. Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  3. Experience in healthcare or health technology is desirable.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

  1. Remote work from home.
  2. Travel up to 15% for business needs.
  3. Work involves significant screen time in front of a computer monitor.
