Product Marketing Manager
Position Overview
Our client has an immediate need for a Product Marketing Manager join their team working remote, 40 hours per week, through end of year. The Product Manager will play a key role in supporting go-to-market tasks and launch activities
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, demos, videos, user guides, and internal blog posts, tailored to different internal user / business segments.
- Translate complex technical concepts related to Generative AI/LLMs into clear and concise messaging that resonates with non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure launch success and user adoption.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through development and launch.
- Utilize data analysis to inform product decisions and measure success against key performance indicators.
- Lead stakeholder management efforts to align on product vision and execution.
- Facilitate A/B testing and metrics analysis to optimize product performance.
- Develop and manage internal communication channels to keep users informed about product updates and best practices.
- Organize and facilitate internal workshops and training sessions to promote user adoption and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in product development methodologies and tools.
- Experience in user experience design and understanding of UX principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital payments, e-commerce, or API integration is desirable.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch activities, including training, documentation, and communication plans.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
