We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager Neurovascular/Peripheral located in Poland,Hungaryor Latvia to drive sales growth, by managing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities in specialized medical fields. You will play a key role in product support, customer relationship management, and market analysis to meet sales targets.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies for the successful launch, maturity, and discontinuation of products across approx. 12–15 countries in the CEE and Baltics region (distributor-led markets), in close collaboration with the EMEA Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Plan and execute strategic product launches and campaigns, including hybrid Neurovascular and Peripheral Vascular portfolios, ensuring alignment with revenue tiers and market priorities.
  • Act as the key local marketing partner for distributor markets: support commercial and strategic market development activities, prepare product launches, and facilitate strong cooperation between Sales Area Managers, distributors, and end-users, including case support such as distributor training and customer support, field visits, and customer face-offs.
  • Lead marketing initiatives such as local events, workshops, and medical education programs; ensure content creation, KOL engagement, and alignment with budget and event calendars.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and Sales to drive account segmentation, pricing proposals, and positioning strategies that reflect the local value proposition and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure local adaptation of marketing materials, and maintain close alignment with branding, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance; proactively share insights and updates to inform tactical plans and regional strategy.

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, Radiography or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product marketing management within the MedTech industry, with a focus on vascular or neurovascular products or interventional use cases
  • Proven track record in driving product launches from concept to execution, including lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with local healthcare systems, potential reimbursement pathways, and regional market dynamics; experience in CEE/Baltics is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written); able to communicate transparently and collaborate across functions and cultures
  • Willingness and enthusiasm for extensive travelling—approximately 60%, depending on needs—across the assigned region to build relationships and support local teams
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail; proficient in data interpretation, Excel-based reporting, and preparing impactful PowerPoint presentations
  • Solution-oriented and strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize, adapt quickly, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Team player with a positive, collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a willingness to coach and be coached
