Cleveland Clinic is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and lifecycle management of AI healthcare products. You will translate complex clinical and operational needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions and drive strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution across engineering, data science, and clinical leadership.

You will balance regulatory considerations, feasibility, and business value while ensuring responsible AI practices and measurable impact for patients

As AI Product Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for the vision, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of healthcare AI products. In this role, you will translate complex business, clinical, operational, and customer needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions that improve outcomes for patients, caregivers, providers, and healthcare organizations. You will lead product strategy, roadmap development, portfolio planning, and cross-functional execution to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and deliver measurable business value.

Working in close partnership with software engineering, data science, machine learning, clinical, operations, and business leaders, you will guide product decisions from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. You will balance customer needs, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and business objectives while ensuring efficient and effective product delivery. As a strategic advisor and thought leader, this position fosters alignment across executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to advance a cohesive AI product portfolio and drive innovation, organizational strategy, and long-term growth.

A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare products and platforms.

Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from discovery and MVP development to launch, scaling, and optimization.

Translate clinical, operational, customer, and business requirements into prioritized product initiatives.

Partner with engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions.

Evaluate AI/ML models, data requirements, performance metrics, and deployment considerations to inform product decisions.

Balance model performance, user experience, technical feasibility, compliance, and business objectives.

Ensure AI products follow the established responsible AI practices, including transparency, fairness, governance, and risk management.

Prioritize features and investments based on customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and resource constraints.

Develop and manage a portfolio of AI products, platforms, and shared capabilities.

Drive platform strategy, product standardization, governance, and cross-product alignment.

Lead executive stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and product communications.

Develop business cases, investment recommendations, roadmap updates, and product performance reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• ~Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, data science, design, operations, and business stakeholders
• ~ Experience working closely with machine learning engineers, AI scientists, and data scientists to deliver AI-powered products
• ~ Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
• Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), machine learning platforms, and AI product commercialization
• Experience managing platform products, product portfolios, and multi-product ecosystems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Experience working for a technology vendor developing software products
• Experience with commercialized AI solutions
• Experience with AI Product Commercialization in the tech sector
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
