About This Opportunity

The Financial Services team is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to own and optimize the cardholder experience for our gift card products. This role will focus on enhancing cardholder-facing channels, including cardholder websites and interactive voice response (IVR) systems, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and brand-right experience for gift card recipients.

This person will be responsible for managing the product setup, content strategy, and performance reporting for these channels. They will also serve as the voice of the customer across social and review platforms, helping to build trust and loyalty by responding to customer feedback and inquiries directly.


Responsibilities

  • Cardholder Experience & Channel Management: Own and optimize the end-to-end cardholder experience across key channels, including websites and the automated phone system (IVR). Manage content, functionality, and product setup while using data to enhance usability, expand self-service, and ensure a seamless, brand-right experience.
  • Content Management: Own and maintain customer-facing content on all channels, ensuring it is accurate, helpful, on-brand, and optimized for customer experience.
  • Data & Analytics: Track and analyze channel performance and user behavior; develop and present data-driven recommendations and results.
  • Brand & Marketing Strategy: Own the brand representation for gift card products across customer touchpoints, including social media. Develop and execute marketing strategies and content that drive engagement, reinforce brand trust, and enhance the post-purchase experience.
  • Customer Engagement: Partner with customer service to ensure consistent messaging and escalations. Respond to customer feedback and questions on platforms such as Trustpilot and social media, providing timely and empathetic support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, customer service, fraud, and other teams to align on business goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, digital experience, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a high standard for quality and accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional style; skilled in creating persuasive presentations and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with customers, including on public platforms like social media and review sites.
  • Analytical mindset; able to use data to inform decisions and improve the Cardholder experience.
  • Familiarity with web CMS, Google platforms, UX/design tools, data tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel), and social media management tools are a plus
