The Financial Services team is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to own and optimize the cardholder experience for our gift card products. This role will focus on enhancing cardholder-facing channels, including cardholder websites and interactive voice response (IVR) systems, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and brand-right experience for gift card recipients.
This person will be responsible for managing the product setup, content strategy, and performance reporting for these channels. They will also serve as the voice of the customer across social and review platforms, helping to build trust and loyalty by responding to customer feedback and inquiries directly.
