Job summary

LITEON Careers - U.S. in Milpitas, CA, seeks a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for AC-DC shelves, DC-DC modules, and 800 Vdc power delivery.

You will bridge product management, engineering, and sales to translate complex power architectures into compelling market positions for hyperscalers and Tier 1 OEMs. You will own messaging, conduct TAM/SAM analysis, develop launches and enablement, build ROI models, and collaborate with sales and engineering to accelerate customer adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with power electronics focus.
• 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or applications engineering in power electronics.
• Direct experience with hyperscaler or Tier 1 OEM customers.
• Knowledge of AC-DC/DC-DC topologies and industry standards.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build financial/market models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical/executive audiences.
• Familiarity with 48V and 800 Vdc architectures, GaN/SiC devices, or OCP power specs is preferred.
• Awareness of AI/HPC data center power delivery trends is preferred.
• Existing relationships with hyperscaler/T1 OEM procurement groups is preferred.
• Experience presenting at industry conferences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own market positioning and messaging for AC-DC shelves/systems, DC-DC modules, and 800 Vdc power delivery.
• Conduct competitive analysis and TAM/SAM sizing for hyperscalers and Tier 1 OEMs.
• Track power density, efficiency, and 800 Vdc trend adoption.
• Monitor 800 Vdc ecosystem standards and HVDC developments for AI/HPC data centers.
• Build cost/BOM models and pricing strategies with product management.
