Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for the HPAC product line within the PCP division.

You will own the complete product lifecycle for a family of power stage products, shape market strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class power management solutions. You will develop product roadmaps, enable sales with compelling collateral, and ensure features align with market needs.

Qualifications

• BSEE or related field with 5+ years in business development, field applications engineering, marketing or related roles.
• Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking and/or computing markets.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for target markets (AI, servers, data centers, networking, telecom, computing).
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market dynamics to inform positioning.
• Develop business cases and market requirements for new concepts; identify features to keep portfolio cutting edge.
• Partner with applications engineering, design, product engineering and test engineering to develop and launch products.
• Develop compelling sales collateral, customer presentations, and competitive analysis; create customer-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with peer product managers to define end-to-end solutions; stay current with technology trends and global teams.
• Develop comprehensive product documentation, training materials, and technical notes; translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Job Description

Product Strategy & Planning

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for target markets (AI, servers, data centers, networking, telecom, and computing)

• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market dynamics to inform strategic positioning

• Develop business cases and market requirements documents for new product concepts

• Identify and recommend features that keep our portfolio at the cutting edge

Product Development & Delivery

• Partner with applications engineering, design, product engineering and test engineering teams to develop and launch products

• Provide clear direction to the product development team, fostering collaboration and innovation

• Ensure alignment between engineering execution and market requirements

Go-to-Market & Sales

• Develop compelling sales collateral, customer presentations, and competitive analysis

• Create customer‑facing documentation that clearly communicates value proposition and differentiation

• Manage pricing strategy, quotes, and cost structures for assigned products

Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with peer product managers to define integrated, end‑to‑end solutions

• Stay current with technology trends and emerging market needs to inform decision‑making

• Work effectively with distributed teams across multiple global offices

Documentation & Communication

• Develop comprehensive product documentation, training materials, application notes, and technical errata

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences

Qualifications

• BSEE or related fields with 5+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing or related roles. MSEE or MBA is a plus.
• Understanding of power management applications and products.
• Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking and/or computing markets.
• High energy, self‑motivated, and go‑getter attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world.
• Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast‑paced environment.
