Job summary

Origami Risk is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) risk solutions. You will translate product capabilities into differentiating value, lead GTM for new products, and craft messaging rooted in market insight.

You will support verticals like Manufacturing, Transportation, and Construction and enable sales with compelling assets. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive narratives, campaigns, events, and content that accelerate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS, software development, and sales.
  • Ability to drive impact by leading GTM initiatives and aligning stakeholders to secure buy-in.
  • Proven track record across competitive win rates, deal velocity, bookings, adoption, and metrics.
  • Certification in Product Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in EHS, workplace safety, and regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own translation of product features into differentiated messaging and value propositions for EHS buyers and vertical markets.
  • Conduct market research and socialise insights with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services.
  • Lead commercial GTM strategy and plan launches with cross-functional stakeholders to drive bookings and adoption.
  • Support Brand, Events, and Growth teams with GTM strategy, content, and assets across the funnel.
  • Identify target markets and opportunities to define market opportunities and expand presence.
  • Develop product and sales artifacts, briefs, launch plans, and sales sheets for adoption and revenue growth.
  • Create competitive positioning and battle cards to support revenue growth and product adoption.
  • Develop targeted sales collateral, talk tracks, and objection-handling resources for sellers.

Job description

As the Product Marketing Manager for our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) risk solutions, you will serve as a strategic partner to Product and Sales, responsible for translating product capabilities into differentiated value that resonates with buyers and drives revenue growth. You will lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, develop clear positioning and messaging rooted in market insight, and ensure sellers are equipped with the right artifacts and resources to engage and win. In addition to supporting our EHS portfolio, you will help develop industry-specific commercialization strategies and messaging for key vertical markets, including Manufacturing , Transportation, and Construction. You will also inform broader marketing strategy by providing messaging frameworks and product expertise that help shape GTM initiatives, campaigns, events, and content. With fluency in the SaaS development lifecycle and sales process es , you will connect what we build to how it's sold , ensuring our products show up in the right markets, speak to the right buyers, and support the sales pipeline by accelerating competitive wins and driving revenue.

Responsibilities
  • With input from Product, deeply understands what is being built and why to own the translation of product features and functionality into differentiated product messaging, value propositions, positioning, and differentiators for EHS risk buyers and relevant vertical markets.
  • Develops a deep understanding of our markets and buyers in the EHS and insurable risk management space by conducting market research and gathering insights, including market pressures, competitors, buyer pain points and challenges, channels where buyers discover, evaluate, and engage with our products, and their purchase motivators, and then socializing those insights with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services.
  • Owns the development of the commercial GTM strategy for the product and plan s launch and sales readiness in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders , with a focus on driv ing product-level bookings , buyer demand, market awareness , and client adoption .
  • Supports the Brand + Content, Even ts, and Growth teams i n developing and executing GTM strategy at each stage of the sales funnel, including information blogs, white papers, case studies, sell sheets, videos, press releases, webinars, events, speaking engagements, and other marketing and sales enablement assets.
  • With input from Product and Sales, identifies and prioritizes target markets, segments, accounts, and industry-specific opportunities based on market size, organizational maturity, and other criteria to define market opportunities for the product portfolio, build business cases, and support expanding market presence or entering new markets for the EHS portfolio .
  • Conducts, synthesizes, and socializes win/loss analysis, buyer insights, market shifts, and competitive intelligence to guide product positioning, inform roadmap decisions, support feature prioritization, surface competitive trends, and identify emerging market opportunities for both Product and Sales.
  • Owns the development, socialization, and execution of product and sales artifacts and collateral , including market needs , commercial GTM strategy and briefings, sales readiness resources, launch plans, product overviews, pitch decks, and sales sheets.
  • With input from Product, Sales, and market research partners, develop differentiated competitive positioning for battle card creation and competitive analysis to support revenue growth and product adoption.
  • In collaboration with the Sales Enablement function , develops targeted sales collateral, talk tracks, and objection-handling resources that equip sellers to connect buyer needs with product capabilities and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) on our EHS products and associated markets within workplace safety for the broader Marketing team; provides strategy briefs and messaging frameworks that serve as the foundation for Marketing functions to develop content strateg ies , demand campaigns, channel marketing initiatives, analyst relations , and related market communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3 -5 years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS , software development, and sales.
  • Ability to drive impact by leading GTM initiatives and influencing and aligning stakeholders across the organization (including Marketing, Services, Product, and Sales) to secur etheir buy-in.
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of success across all key areas of product marketing responsibility , such as competitive win rates , increased deal velocity, new product bookings, product adoption and utilization metrics, and the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations as an expert on the EHS product and market .
  • Certification in Product Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), workplace s afety claims and incidents , operational risk management, RMIS, Insurtech solutions , and serving regulated industries preferred. Experience marketing to Manufacturing , Construction , and Transportation markets is a plus.
  • Experience and comfort presenting to cross-functional teams and orchestrating GTM motions.
