Job summary

Voltus is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and market-facing enablement for our Commercial & Industrial distributed energy solutions. You will translate complex DER offerings into clear, high-converting narratives that drive customer understanding, acquisition, and retention.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and product teams to create impactful materials and steer go-to-market efforts for energy storage, load management, and demand response

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B product marketing.
• Solid understanding of energy markets, grid dynamics, and DER technologies in the C&I sector.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of converting features into business value messaging.
• Strong collaborative skills with Sales and Client Success (CX) teams.

Responsibilities

• Positioning and messaging: develop value propositions and solution narratives for C&I facilities, enterprise sustainability, and finance teams.
• Sales and Client Success enablement: create high-impact materials like pitch decks, solution sheets, battlecards, ROI calculators, and onboarding communications.
• Domain and market intelligence: stay current on energy market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive moves in the DER space.
• Go-to-market execution: lead product launches and feature updates for C&I solutions with defined success metrics and cross-functional deliverables.
• Customer storytelling: harvest real-world performance data and convert energy cost-savings into compelling case studies and testimonials.
