Job summary

Signify, the world leader in lighting, seeks a Product Manager onsite in Aurora, CO to translate business plans into market-ready products and drive a portfolio from conception to success.

You will manage pricing, roadmaps, and profitability, working with engineers, designers, factories, and sales to deliver innovative solutions while meeting financial targets.

This role requires at least 5+ years in marketing, engineering, or product management and travel up to 20%.

• Change agent that supports organizational effectiveness, improvement, and development.
• Able to travel up to 20%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Product Manager onsite in Aurora, CO, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

• Manage a portfolio of lighting product offerings, translating business plans to define product marketing strategies; leads the strategic process of guiding a product from conception to market success.
• Implement product pricing and develop strategic pricing for the portfolio, benchmarking competition product ranges and pricing, while monitoring technical trends and product segment roadmaps.
• Maintain product portfolio and update product roadmaps and product information in relevant tools.
• Responsible for sales, margin, and profitability at product and brand levels.
• Promote cross functional collaboration, strategic focus, and organizational agility, working closely with customers, engineers, designers, factories, and sales teams to turn market needs into technically sound, commercially viable products.

Salary: $117,020 - 171,622 based on experience
