RadixArk is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own how SGLang, Miles, and our open source infrastructure are positioned and perceived across the market. You will translate complex technical systems into value for developers, partners, and buyers, and drive field events and external communications.

You will shape messaging, manage launches, and ensure a consistent narrative across website, social, partner co-marketing, and events, influencing adoption and pipeline in AI infrastructure circles.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in AI infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, or open source.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical products into business-oriented messaging for developers, partners, and buyers.
• Demonstrated ownership of product launches and GTM plans with measurable awareness, adoption, or pipeline impact.
• Hands-on field event experience, able to run meetups, summits, or conferences.
• Outstanding writing and editorial judgment across positioning, long-form content, and short-form statements.
• Ability to craft clear public-facing responses under time pressure during sensitive external situations.
• Self-starting mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently.

Responsabilidades

• Own product positioning and messaging for SGLang, Miles, and the platform; build buyer personas and ICPs.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and launch calendars for new products and major updates; create enablement assets.
• Plan and execute RadixArk field programs, from agenda to on-site execution and follow-up.
• Shape external communications and responses, building relationships with media, analysts, and influencers.
