Job summary

RadixArk is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive the roadmap for inference and training infrastructure, collaborating closely with research and engineering teams.

You will translate complex capabilities into clear user stories, engage early adopters and partners, and support GTM content and developer engagement. A strong data-driven mindset and AI systems fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Product Management or a related technical role in a software company.
• Strong AI/ML infrastructure fluency and ability to read technical docs.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap for inference and training infrastructure.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, including new model architectures, hardware optimizations, and open-source developments.
• Balance qualitative insights with quantitative metrics to inform roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams in design reviews and technical discussions.
• Translate complex capabilities into clear user stories, product requirements, and actionable deliverables.
• Act as a trusted partner to engineering teams, removing blockers by clarifying requirements and managing scope.
• Serve as the main point of contact for early adopters and partners to guide product iterations.
• Support Go-to-Market initiatives with technical content and community engagement.
• Use data and user research to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product launches.
