Founder, Professional Nerd @ Super Green

What is Super Green?

We’re a go-to-market studio dedicated to health-tech innovators – from seed-stage startups to multi-billion dollar companies.

Our team spent decades building GTM teams at industry leading health-tech institutions. Now, we partner with leaders and founders, offering our specialized expertise and tailored playbooks as a strategic advantage. The Super Green team is made up of storytellers, strategists, designers, animators, developers, operators and more – each of us bringing their whole weird and wonderful self to work.

We attract curious and collaborative people with exceptionally high bars for what good looks like — aesthetically, operationally, strategically.

About the role

Super Green is seeking a scientifically-minded and tech-savvy Product Marketer to join our team. This person will work strategically and tactically with our health-tech clients, partnering with founders to define a marketing roadmap and overseeing its execution. This is a client-facing role contributing significantly to account retention and growth.

This role blends marketing execution, operational leadership, and client relationship building. You will act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution—developing and managing structured marketing backlogs, maintaining project timelines and budgets, and aligning cross-functional contributors with goals and client expectations. You'll often act as both a marketing individual contributor and an operations lead for select accounts.

The right person for this role will thrive in a state of constant learning about the worlds of medical technology, healthcare AI solutions, and top trends in marketing, communication and design.

Responsibilities
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to uncover client needs and co-develop strategic assets across websites, content, digital marketing, slide decks, LinkedIn, SEO, and conferences.
  • Write and produce engaging content —ads, ebooks, and more—that distills complex clinical and technical topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Build messaging frameworks that clarify value, differentiate positioning, and scale across marketing channels.
  • Own the full marketing project lifecycle : scoping, prioritization, budgeting, execution, and internal alignment.
  • Keep project tools (e.g. Asana) organized and up to date, ensuring clear briefs, naming conventions, and visibility for internal and client teams.
  • Track and report on campaign performance in line with client goals and metrics.
  • Spot and surface account risks and opportunities and collaborate with leadership to act.
  • Thoughtfully apply AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Otter AI, Zapier) to streamline processes and elevate output.
Key Qualifications
  • Ability to tailor and simplify complex clinical or technological concepts into compelling stories, visually and in writing.
  • Experience in marketing strategy within the health technology sector, preferably B2B.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly within agile frameworks.
  • Motivated to learn with an openness to develop new marketing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity, brevity and directness.
  • Obsessively goal-oriented, balancing strategy and tactics.
  • Creative and adaptable problem-solver, capable of developing cost-effective solutions for client challenges.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience, including at least 2 years in product marketing or a related role at a technology company.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for new tools: ideal for someone who’s an early adopter of AI and automation.
Location and Work Environment

This is a predominantly remote position, open to candidates based in the United States. Preference will be given to those located in or near New York City, Baltimore, or other East Coast cities, given client and team time zones.

This role must be consistently available during Eastern Time (ET) business hours (9am–5pm) for Slack communications and internal/external meetings, as this is when our clients and core team are active.

Occasional in-person participation may be required for internal or client onsites—typically every 1–2 months. All travel is paid.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $120,000–$140,000, depending on experience and location
  • Benefits: Healthcare coverage options and 3% 401(k) matching
  • Time Off: Flexible PTO and remote-first work culture
  • Additional Compensation: Profit share or bonus potential may be considered for the right candidate

We’re a small, bootstrapped company that’s still growing. We offer limited but evolving benefits and are transparent about our constraints and opportunities. You’ll be joining a team that values autonomy, experimentation, and doing work we’re proud of.
