Reflection is a research lab building open models and tools for developers, enterprises and governments. This founding product marketing role shapes the narrative around open weights, open-source tooling, and enterprise offerings, and builds the go-to-market foundation for launches.

You’ll partner with researchers and engineers to turn frontier work into credible stories, define audiences, and own end-to-end launches, while growing a small, full-stack product marketing team.

Qualifikationen

• A track record of launching technical products to developers, such as AI frameworks, developer platforms or open-source projects.
• Experience building product marketing from 0 to 1, ideally standing up a new function inside a larger organization or a fast-growing company.

Role Overview

You will own how the world understands Reflection's models and products. This is a founding product marketing role: you'll shape the story behind open weight model releases, open-source tools and enterprise offerings, then build the go-to-market foundation that carries it to developers, enterprises and governments. You'll work directly with researchers and engineers to turn frontier work into clear, credible narratives, and you'll decide how and where we launch. You'll set the standard for how a small, talent-dense team does product marketing at the frontier.

• Strong research and synthesis skills: you turn customer and market insight into clear go-to-market recommendations for product and research leaders

• Experience with co-marketing with ecosystem partnerships
