Product Marketing Manager - Remote Contract Role (1 year contract)

  • This is a Full-Time Contract role for maternity coverage with an anticipated term from November 2025 – December 2026.
  • Location: Remote, US (EST and CST ONLY)
  • Reports to: Senior Manager, Brand & Communications, Global

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketer to lead product marketing for the portfolio and support communications, campaign, and project management initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product marketing and/or integrated marketing, with the proven ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing:

  • Own and manage product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the overall brand strategy.
  • Lead product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.
  • Create and maintain product collateral such as brochures, datasheets, presentations, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop thought leadership and solution-oriented materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and messaging.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns.

Collaboration and Planning:

  • Partner closely with Product Management to understand the roadmap and translate features into tangible customer benefits.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to develop tools and training that support sales teams in communicating product value.
  • Collaborate with Training and Education to develop product-centric content highlighting capabilities and differentiators.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.

Project Management & Communications:

  • Lead initiatives using tools like Asana (or similar) to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
  • Develop tactical action plans and ensure on-time delivery of marketing assets and programs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners (agencies, vendors) to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Manage and distribute the global brand newsletter, including content planning and development.
  • Support internal communications and brand initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and project management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the dental and/or medical industry is a plus, but not required.
