About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic product marketing leader to drive the growth of WorkMagic’s measurement product portfolio. In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you’ll own our positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive pipeline growth, conversion, and product adoption across key customer segments.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to craft compelling narratives that resonate with buyers and simplify complex concepts into clear value. This is an ideal role for a product marketing leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, ad tech, or marketing measurement who wants to make a valuable impact and grow with the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas
  • Lead integrated product go-to-market strategy for new features and product launches, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Train team members on problems we solve and build sales enablement content to enable sales and customer success
  • Leverage industry insights, customer feedback, and market intelligence to continuously refine our positioning and inform marketing tactics
  • Evangelize the product through thought leadership in the market, including digital and physical events
  • Manage the core product narrative across website, sales decks, and marketing campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or ad/marketing tech industry
  • Exceptional storyteller who excels at crafting compelling messaging frameworks, narratives, and thought leadership content
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable plans
  • Proven success influencing peers and leaders across sales, marketing, product, and executives
  • Technical acumen and ability to understand complex product concepts
  • Self-starter willing to work in ambiguity, who can shape and define a problem space, navigate competing priorities and multiple projects, while meeting deadlines
  • Preferred: Familiarity with marketing measurement, attribution, or experimentation tools
  • Preferred: Passion for customer-centric storytelling and working directly with users
  • Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce and retail marketing
