Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Product Marketing Coordinator to translate product strategy into organized, high-quality launch execution. You will partner with Creative, Studios, regional marketing, and Sales to manage asset libraries, decks, and customer-facing content access.

The role emphasizes coordinating multiple workstreams, ensuring launch readiness, and maintaining governance and quality control across materials. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years in product marketing, launch coordination, content ops or digital asset management.
• Experience managing product assets, libraries, portals, or CMS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear status reporting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Experience in gaming or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate launch delivery plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and status updates.
• Ensure launch-readiness with complete product info, materials, approvals, and access.
• Collaborate with Design, Studios, and Product Marketing to develop and deliver launch assets.
• Organize marketing materials and sales enablement resources for internal and external teams.
• Manage customer-facing portals and content access workflows, ensuring accuracy and discoverability.
• Apply governance standards for naming, metadata, version control, and archiving of promotional content.
• Act as a central coordinator across regions to resolve delivery gaps and raise risks.
• Track progress and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support localization workflows to deliver materials in required formats.
