Position Title: Product Marketing Coordinator, On-site in Irvine, CA (long-term temp)

Position Overview:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Marketing Coordinator to support the development, promotion, and lifecycle of our accessories product line. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in marketing or product support—especially in the medical device or healthcare industry—who wants to grow their career in product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with product launches and help track product performance in the market.
  • Support the creation of product materials such as brochures, training decks, online content, and internal FAQs.
  • Help gather and organize customer and sales feedback to improve product messaging and functionality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Maintain and update marketing tools and documents.
  • Help plan and support events, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships count!), preferably in a regulated or technical industry.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus.
  • Curious, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to or interest in medical devices or healthcare industries.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle or product marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
