Job summary

Veeva Systems, a mission-driven life sciences SaaS provider, seeks a Product Marketing Associate Manager to drive demand generation, field enablement, and customer marketing. You will collaborate across Marketing, Product Strategy, Product Management, Sales, and Professional Services to fuel growth and customer success.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B product marketing, strong messaging, and content creation skills, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B product marketing experience; demonstrated success marketing complex enterprise cloud software solutions.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with ability to develop clear, concise messaging and content.
• Experience writing product content (datasheets, blogs, infographics, etc.).
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and must enjoy fast-paced work environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships across teams and levels.
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with little management oversight.
• Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market programs for new offerings, market segments, and geographies.
• Gain a deep understanding of buyer needs and how Veeva solutions meet those needs.
• Develop product messaging to be used across all media and customer engagement channels.
• Partner with product and market strategy to communicate product vision and upcoming innovations externally.
• Build product awareness through PR, article placements, and social media.
• Identify customer success stories and bring those stories to life for marketing use.
• Create content (thought leadership, videos, website copy, blogs, infographics) to articulate benefits.
• Create and maintain a library of sales tools (presentations, competitive materials).
• Empower sales to communicate products effectively to prospective customers.
• Contribute to key customer events, including Veeva Commercial Summit and major conferences.
