Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Product Marketing Associate on the Employee Planning Marketing team to place employees at the center of how we market our products, services and experiences. You’ll translate employee needs into positioning and messaging that connects to the broader financial support EFE provides.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of track record delivering compelling work in related roles.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• Passion for research and understanding users.
• Creative thinker and storyteller who can propose new ideas.
• Strong writing skills to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience collaborating with writers and designers to bring a vision to life.
• Ability to develop cross-functional partnerships within and outside of marketing.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs that drive advisor engagement.
• Analyze program and advisor engagement performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Develop a deep understanding of employee financial needs and translate into messaging and experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and inform program development.
• Support project management of other programs within Integrated Marketing as needed.
