Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an AI-powered Data Engineering Intern in Menlo Park, CA to help build the data infrastructure behind GTM initiatives and customer storytelling. You will partner with Product, Sales, Customer Marketing, and Demand Generation to turn raw data into compelling launch insights and trusted customer narratives.

This 12-week internship offers hands-on ownership of go-to-market data assets, exposure to cross-functional teams, and a fast-paced environment at an AI-forward company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master/MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Available to intern 40 hours per week (12 week internship) with start dates 1/4 or 1/19.
• Analytical and curious: you like digging into data, competitive landscapes, and customer problems.
• A strategic thinker who can zoom out on market dynamics and zoom in on crisp messaging.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end customer evidence including sourcing, developing, and packaging customer stories and references that showcase the full data engineering platform.
• Support key product launch planning and Summit readiness for upcoming data engineering priorities.
• Help activate the field and develop practical assets sales teams can use.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Developer Relations, and Demand Generation.
• Present your work to senior leaders.

Product Marketing, AI-Powered Data Engineering Intern

Location: Menlo Park, California, United States

Our Data Engineering team builds the pipelines, platforms, and AI-driven solutions that power how Snowflake goes to market, from customer intelligence and launch readiness to the stories that bring our impact to life. We sit at the intersection of engineering, go-to-market strategy, and customer storytelling.

As an intern on this team, you'll build and scale the data infrastructure behind some of Snowflake's most critical go-to-market initiatives including AI-powered workflows, product launch trust and readiness, and the customer reference programs that ground our narrative in real-world outcomes. You’ll partner directly with Product, Sales, Customer Marketing, and Demand Generation to turn raw data into compelling, trustworthy customer stories and actionable launch insights. You’ll get a front-row seat to how data engineering drives strategic impact at one of the fastest-moving companies in AI.

How do you want to make your impact?

• The estimated pay range for this role is $40.00 - $47.00 per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting hourly rate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
