Phylo, Inc. is seeking an energetic product marketing professional to shape how AI-driven biomarkers are positioned and brought to market.

You will own messaging, develop customer stories, and lead launches in collaboration with product, engineering, and science teams, influencing Phylo’s brand and market strategy. The role focuses on translating complex AI capabilities into actionable scientist-facing value, writing compelling materials, and accelerating customer adoption from idea to scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience taking AI products to market and owning positioning, launches, demos, and customer materials.
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into customer value and credible messaging.
• Strong writing and editing to explain technical capabilities clearly to scientists.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning grounded in customer work and turn insights into clear messages for scientific users and pharma decision-makers.
• Build customer stories and write case studies, use cases, and walkthroughs with scientific review.
• Own product launches: define audience, message, and launch plan; write copy and demos; coordinate contributors.
• Run a focused marketing plan: prioritize stories, manage reviews, and measure engagement and opportunities.
• Inform broader brand strategy with customer insights and launch learnings to guide company story and focus.
