- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX design, and user research to define requirements and launch features.
- Experience with generative AI products or with consumer growth and recommendation systems.

- Own the product strategy for YouTube Shorts Creation Growth and guide global launches.
