As a Product Manager - Voice Platforms, you will shape the future of our customer experience across voice and contact center channels, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions that drive satisfaction, efficiency, and growth.

You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, develop roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and leverage data and market trends to deliver measurable value for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management for digital/eCommerce or voice platforms.
• Experience managing full product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with Staples' digital objectives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs and business goals.
• Lead products through the lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Create detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Analytics, Data Science, and Operations teams to develop experiences.
• Establish and track product performance metrics and OKRs using data insights.
