Job summary

The role offers a US base salary range of $184,200–$237,000 with a 15% target bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits; hybrid work arrangement is possible per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Strategy, CS, Software Eng, UX Design or related field with 5 years post-baccalaureate experience.
• Master’s degree in related field with 3 years of experience in Product Manager-related occupation.
• Articulating and advocating for a long-term product vision to stakeholders; end-to-end product lifecycle management; prioritization and execution of product tasks; defining product requirements; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product vision and strategic roadmap by identifying user needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Translate strategy into action by creating detailed product requirements documents and defining milestones for development teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and legal teams to guide products from concept through design and development.
• Lead the launch of new products and features, managing the lifecycle from go-to-market to retirement.
• Define and analyze product metrics to measure performance and drive data-informed iterations.
